Yesterday I went out to the Coral Hell Mall. I went to Best Buy to look for Curse of the Crimsion Elixer. But they didn't have a clue of what I was talking about. *smacks head* I was going to buy a new cd player! I'm an idiot! So I went to Electronics Botique and they did have it! Yay! So I got it and am about half-way through it. My thoughts, in this order:

1. Ooh, they included Ready, Steady, GO!
2. Ok, the story about the ancient country was interesting, but don't you think that people would get the first game before this one, so do you really need to tell us about Ed and Al?
3. Ooh! They used the word 'egress'!
4. OMFG! Al can pick up and equip kitties!
5. I wish they would decide whether to follow the anime storyline or not. While I like the anime and I like a new story, all they're doing is confusing me and, in my own opinion, runing two really good storylines.
6. Ok, that was creepy. Tuckers glasses need to be removed from the floor.
7. Y'know? I liked the 3-d-ish graphics in Broken Angel better than the 2-d graphics here.

I also picked up a copy of Half Blood Prince. I haven't actually read it yet. I've been busy with other things. Barns and Noble is selling them at 40% off. So if you're in the Iowa City area and need a copy, go there. It's only like $18.50. Instead of $29.99.

Dudette. But Dude works, too. When I discovered that, I went nuts. I laughed for five minutes.

Oh, I can understand that XD

So, what does Al do with the kitties he equips?

Well, there are seven kittens he can equip. He stores them in his armor and when he sits down because you've been standing in one place too long, they meow.

Tama: gives Al 1.5x the exp earned in battle
Belcini: protects from being stunned
Scratches: Al gains HP more quickly
Ryuke: raises Al's attack stat by 50% and makes him ignore Ed's orders
Antonio: increases the rate the rage gague fills (special attack)
Roxanne: Raises Al's stats by 25% but prevents him from running
Ophelia: Causes Al to become more aggressive

Belcini has Armstrong's curl of hair on its forehead and Scratches has an x shaped scar on its forehead and a pair of sunglasses on top of its head (you get Scratches right before you fight Scar).

Dude, you just made my day (again)!

And I will have to get that game... What system(s) is it made for?

It's for Playstation 2. I'm not sure if it can be found outside the US or not, but I am willing to send you a copy if you can't find it.

*sniffs* Oh God, you epople are too kind to me TT.TT

I looked for it, but it doesn't seem to be sold outside US... To bad, actually, but I think it's because anime isn't as popular around here, yet (exept for Germany, but then again, we Danes have always been a bit behind times)...

Alright, I'll go and get it and send it to you as soon as possible.

I'm no saint. I'm just spreading the love that is FMA. Oh, the game also comes with two episodes from the second series so if you can watch those, you'll be able to hear what a craptacular job we did of choosing voices.

I've heard a few Americanised (sp?) anime episodes (from Slayers, though), and I can say that Danes are much worse >.<

Remind me that if I ever get a Danish-dubbed episode of YGO on my computer, that I should send it to you...

At least the Germans are better since it's pretty much my supplier of Detective Conan ^.^;

What's YGO? And I've never heard or seen any anime in German.

Never heard of Yu-Gi-Oh? O.O

It's a pretty bad storyline, as they come (it's about a cardgame/friendship) but it has Ancient Egyptian Spirits, Split Personalities and Unintentional Slashy Comments up the wazoo ^.^

The series in gerenal isn't all that deep or good (and it's NOTHING compared to FMA), but if you like a anime where the Yaoi is almost canon, YGO is a pretty good bet XD

OH, I have heard of Yu-Gi-Oh. I just didn't associate the two. I haven't really watched or read any of it, but I believe you.

'tis alright...

BTW, I re-read your post, and became very curious about #6...

Is it something you can share, or is it too spoiler-ish?

Ed and Al get to the Tucker residence only to discover that Scar has already been through there. All that's left of Nina and Tucker are big splotches of blood and Tuckers glasses. At the time I was playing the game in a pretty dark room so it scared the shit out of me when I saw Tucker's glasses shining from around a book shelf (this was in the library). Nina was downstairs in Tucker's lab (which, oddly enough, was better lit than the first floor library).

Ok! I got it and am sending it to you today, hopefully. If I can get it out before the post office closes. Expect it in about two or three weeks (I think).
